We’re a boutique, not a behemoth. Way Collective launched in 2025 with a hand-picked team that is awesome at what they do. Today that’s Adam plus a small circle of trusted associates; our first permanent hires land in 2026. If you need more support, we’ve also got a deep bench we know and rate. If something isn’t our sweet spot, we’ll either bring in the right specialist or take it out of scope. We work to outcomes, so any extra experts are our risk, not yours.
