I’m Adam Hardisty, founder of Way Collective. This started somewhere between the mountains of New Zealand, the beaches of Costa Rica, and the national parks of California. I was on a career break, cycling, surfing (badly), exploring. Deciding whether to finally do what I’d always said I would.

Way Collective was born to bring together some epic people and do things differently, to disrupt an industry that too often treats change like a process instead of an experience.

I’d seen it too many times: organisations stuck, decisions made for short-term comfort not long-term impact, and people treated like numbers in a spreadsheet. I knew there was a better way; human-first, outcome-focused, and built around trust. That’s the path we’re on.

Born in 2025, we've built our approach on AI and tools that can do some of the heavy lifting rather than retrofitting. This gives us more time to focus on great decisions, empathy and vision

Way Open is where we give away tools, templates, and methods so others can run with them, improve them and we can all benefit


We muck in
Scopes can sometimes be hard to define up-front, but when we are facing delivering an outcome we will do what needs to be done. No job-title preciousness.
